Yes, Canadian and International print subscribers have access to our digital edition issues for free.
To get access to your digital edition issues, first-time visitors will need to register and returning users can log-in. You will need your account number to register, which can be found on your order confirmation email or if you're a current subscriber, on the mailing label from a recent issue. You will also need a valid email address to complete your registration.
If ordering a print subscription online, you should receive your account number within 24 hours of purchase in a confirmation email. You can then register for digital edition access using your account number and a valid email address.
 
If ordering a print subscription through the mail, you will receive your first issue within 6-8 weeks, which will have your account number listed on it. You can then register for digital edition access using your account number and a valid email address.
Visit our Forgot Password page and follow the prompts to reset your password. You will need your email address to retrieve your password. Your password will then be sent to you by email.

    The account number is on the second line from the top of your mailing label. It has 10 digits.
    No, when registering, only one email address can be registered per subscriber. Once you have registered on the site with an email address, that email address should be used to log into the library for all of your subscriptions.
     
    Once registered and logged in with your first magazine title, you can then link your additional subscriptions by scrolling to the appropriate magazine title and clicking "link your subscription". You will then be prompted to provide your print subscription account number and zip code for each additional magazine subscription. Your account number will vary by magazine title.
    If this is the first time you are accessing our digital edition library, you will need to register as a new customer. Registration log-in information for iPad, Google Play edition subscriptions, etc. will not be recognized.

    No, the digital edition registration and log-in is separate and unique from our other registration processes. If this is the first time you are accessing our digital edition library, you will need to register as a new customer. Previous registration information for our website features, online school courses and community boards will not be recognized, if attempting to enter the site as an "already registered" user.
    To change your email address, you will need to contact customer service. Please allow 1 business day for the email address change to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the change is completed.

    Digital edition access is available on all modern desktop or laptop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari & IE10+) and most mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) with internet access. Internet/wireless data rates may apply.
    Yes, new issues will publish to the library automatically in sync with your print publication.
    If you are a new subscriber, historical issues prior to your subscription term are not available. You will only have access to issues that are a part of your subscription once you register for digital edition access.
     
    If you currently have a print subscription, you will have access to the issue available at the time of library registration and any issues going forward that are a part of your subscription. Issues released prior to your digital edition registration will not be available.
    No. Once you register, your digital edition issues will begin publishing to your account and will be saved to your library. You may access your issues at any time and they will not be removed from your account.
     
    If you cancel your subscription, your access to the library will discontinue.
    Our digital edition library does not require issue downloads and uses no space/memory on your personal devices. All digital edition issues are hosted online and browser based. This allows you to access the issues anytime, anywhere you have internet access.
    No, issues are not available for download and can only be viewed in your web browser within the digital edition library.

    Our digital edition library is a free online service for print subscribers so no need to cancel. Print subscribers are not charged for access to our digital edition library.
     
    If you are inquiring about cancelling a purchased digital subscription through an app, you will need to cancel within the individual app or you can contact customer service for assistance.
    Please note, cancelling your print subscription will also cancel your access to your digital edition library. To cancel your subscription, please contact customer service.
    Yes, you can subscribe to only the digital edition, without a print subscription. To change your subscription terms, please contact customer service.
     
    Please note, access to the digital edition library will not be available for digital edition only subscriptions. This library access is only available for print subscribers. Digital edition subscriptions can be accessed via standard digital device apps and platforms, like iPad app, Google Play, etc.
