How can I find out when my membership ends?

There are multiple ways you can get the end date of your PADI Club membership. As Scuba Diving magazine is part of your membership, check you latest issue of the magazine where the month end expiration date of your membership can be found on your magazine label above your name. You can also click here to view your expiration information or you can contact PADI Club Customer Service by clicking the "Contact Customer Service" link in the menu.

How do I take advantage of my PADI Club benefits?

You should have received a postcard or email when you first joined outlining your benefits and how to redeem. If you do not have these, please contact PADI Club Customer Service by clicking the "Contact Customer Service" link in the menu and we will be able to provide you the information.

Why do I have to enter my email address?

For us to better serve you, we will ask for your email address from time to time. Providing us with your email address will allow you to receive important messages from PADI Club and Scuba Diving regarding your subscription. How do I make a payment?

You currently have no payment due. If a payment is due, you will be prompted on the account summary page to make a payment on your account.

Why did I receive a bill after I already sent a payment?

Please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive. If it has been more than two weeks since you remitted payment, please click here to check your last payment date.
