How many times a year is Maximum PC published?

A - We publish 13 issues per year (Jan-Dec, plus a special holiday issue which comes out between December and January). Throughout the year there are additional special issues released. These special issues are available only at newsstands.

Q - I'm a first time subscriber. When will my first issue arrive?

A - If this is your first time subscribing to Maximum PC your first issue is shipped via US Mail at the periodicals rate and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Canadian residents, your first issue may take from 6-8 weeks for delivery.

I am a subscriber. How can I access my account information?

A - You can access your subscription account by visiting: www.maximumpc.com/customerservice. Account number and expiration information can be found on your mailing label (see example below):

Q - My copy of Maximum PC arrived damaged. How can I receive a replacement issue?

A - If your recent issue arrived damaged, please login to Customer Care (by clicking on Account Summary from the available Service Options on this page). Once you are logged in, you may request a replacement by choosing the Report Damaged/Missing Issue option. Check the appropriate box and if the issue is available, your replacement will be shipped via First Class Mail and may take up to 14 days to arrive. If we are out of stock we will extend your current subscription by 1 issue.

Q - Can I purchase back issues?

A - Of course. You may purchase back issues by visiting our webstore at http://shop.futureus.com or by phone (within US) at 1-800-865-7240. You must have a valid credit card for online and phone orders. If you'd like to mail in your order and pay by check, please send the item name, issue date (if applicable) along with a check to the following address: Future US Store, PO BOX 6163, Harlan, IA 51593-1663. Please include your shipping/return address with your order. Orders will ship once your check has cleared. Future US is not responsible for illegible orders or lost orders and checks.

Q - How do I submit a change of address for my current subscription?

A - By logging into Customer Care from the Account Summary option on this page. You will be able to make any changes you wish to your current account or email address. If you are having trouble logging into your account, you may submit your request in writing to MAXcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call 1-800-274-3421.
