Can I receive just the magazine?
Sure! You can receive six issues a year for $60, but that does not include digital content or access to events. Print–only memberships are only available by calling 1–800–888–1616 and can be paid for with check or credit card. You’ll want to join the Track Club for full access to print and digital content, partner benefits, live events, virtual experiences, and more.
$75 is a lot for just a magazine. Can you explain that pricing?
R&T is more than a magazine. It is a premium book, printed on exceptional paper and designed to be collected. The $75 membership also enables you to register for events on an a la carte basis, space permitting, and of course you’ll have full access to digital content.
What are the options to join the Track Club?
There are three Track Club membership tiers: Paddock, Grid, and Founders
1– With Paddock, you’ll receive six issues of R&T magazine with unlimited digital access and commenting capabilities. You’ll have an opportunity to register and pay for individual virtual experiences and live events, space permitting.
2– With Grid, you’ll receive the print and digital bundle (Paddock) and all virtual experiences (a $120 value) which are included in this membership. Grid members will also have early access to register for all of the R&T live events, which are often sold out and/or waiting–list only. You’ll receive a gift box (a $100+ value) and dozens of discounts and special benefits with partners across the country ($1,000++ value). You’ll also have access to an exclusive R&T newsletter and social channels. This is a great tier for anyone who wants to be part of a community and join us throughout the year to talk, drive, learn, and celebrate.
3– The Founders tier is for the super–enthusiast! In addition to enhanced benefits from Paddock and Grid (including deeper discounts and a premium gift), you’ll have exclusive opportunities to gather with other Founders and R&T editors. There will be opportunities to gather at the Indy 500, NY and LA Auto Shows, Pebble Beach, and other iconic automotive events. You’ll also have a chance to experience Performance Car of the Year (PCOTY) testing and vote for the Founders’ Choice Winner, have your name printed in the magazine on our Founders’ Circle page, and get first access to all of our events.
How much do those cost?
Paddock is $75/year, Grid is $475/year, and Founders is $975/year.
What’s the difference between Grid and Founders?
The biggest difference is access to Founders–only experiences throughout the year where you’ll join–and even drive with–the editors of R&T. These will take place at Concours at Greenwich, Pebble Beach, or Amelia Island, race days at F1’s US Grand Prix in Austin and the Indy 500 and NY/LA/Detroit auto shows. You’ll also receive enhanced perks and discounts, plus inclusion on our Founder’s Circle page in R&T.
How can I upgrade?
To upgrade from Paddock to Grid or Grid to Founders, just call us at 1–800–888–1616, and a customer service representative will be happy to help you. The membership fee that you were already charged at Paddock or Grid level will be deducted from your new membership fee.
What if I want to cancel?
Second thoughts? You will have 72 hours to cancel for no cost or penalty. After that, because of the nature of the membership, it’s a final sale.
